I am a very proud co-host and founder of #OKtoChat a weekly twitter chat focussed around various topics linking to mental health, mental illness and general wellbeing.

The chat takes place every Thursday between 7 PM and 8 PM (GMT), and each week the topic changes, as well as featuring guest hosts of feature weeks at the end of each month.
